Required Documents for CCPD Advisor Review and Signature

1. IS-130 CPT Form – Sections 1 and 2 must be completed before a CCPD advisor can accept and verify the form in Section 3. 

2. Offer Letter – Your offer letter should appear on company letterhead and include your offer date and salary information.
