CPT Process & Application

The CPT Process has moved into Docusign, please follow the prompts on the link below.

What you’ll need:

  1. The name and email address of your academic advisor
  2. The name and email address of your employer
  3. The CCPD Advisor email is already filled out. Please do not change this, it should be offcampusinternship@clemson.edu.

You do not need to have the IS130 and CPT employer form filled out already. They will be filled out throughout this process.
