Public Administration/Nonprofit Management Internship
The South Carolina Multilingual Learner Educator Network (SCMLE) is seeking a Public Administration/Nonprofit Management Intern to assist with the daily operations of a nonprofit, including program coordination, policy research, and organizational support. This is a fully remote position.
Intern responsibilities may include supporting planning, logistics, and communication for ongoing programs; conducting research on language-related education policy; assisting with scheduling, document organization, and internal systems; tracking and organizing program data; helping plan and execute workshops and events; drafting emails, newsletters, and internal updates; and contributing to partnership development by researching and reaching out to potential collaborators or funders.
Applicants should demonstrate interest in nonprofit operations, public policy, or program management. Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, are required. Interns must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and have reliable internet access. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
