What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with our HR and leadership teams to help build the future of SILD by finding, onboarding, and developing great people.

Help recruit new team members: post jobs, review resumes, screen candidates, and schedule interviews

Be part of the onboarding process: help welcome new hires, organize orientations, and support paperwork

Assist with employee training and professional development programs

Support job fairs, college recruiting events, and community hiring initiatives

Learn how HR systems, applicant tracking, and compliance work in the real world

Build relationships with managers and team members across the company

Help strengthen company culture, engagement, and communication
