Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of production associates to meet production goals

Ensure operations meet or exceed customer requirements for quality, safety, and delivery

Maintain and enforce safety and quality programs across the facility

Provide hands-on training to ensure consistent knowledge of processes and procedures

Monitor plant equipment and systems for optimal performance

Analyze production metrics and recommend improvements based on data

Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement in workflow, quality control, and plant efficiency

Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports for leadership
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience

Strong understanding of safety and quality control practices

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
