Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Duncan, SC. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our plant facility. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, engineering support, and process improvement solutions to ensure efficient production operations while meeting customer specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Read drawings to generate detailed BOMs, engineering datasheets, control narratives, and other documentation.

Collaborate with the Design team to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability and meet customer requirements.

Provide engineering and technical support for the layout, design, and evaluation of production equipment.

Partner with other department members to provide ongoing engineering support.

Ensure processing equipment designs adhere to current standards while incorporating proven new technologies.

Support manufacturing by assisting with non-conformance reports (NCRs) and dispositions.

Work with Quality Assurance to develop inspection test plans and test stations.

Collaborate with Materials and Quality teams to support procurement and resolve open engineering issues.

Ensure compliance with the facility’s quality management system and inventory control practices.

Research, design, and implement new equipment and product lines as directed by management.

Adhere to internal engineering standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, application engineering, or design engineering preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering required.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

High attention to detail with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
