Assist with artist-related operations and music programming. Help with schedules, coordination, and day-to-day artist operations before and during the festival.

Work closely with festival leadership to assist with planning, coordination, and execution across various departments. This role includes shadowing Barn Burner’s Owner and observing real decision-making. Only two positions are available. *Management Associate(s) will be given their own dedicated private office space in Clemson during the internship period.*

Work on festival visuals, theming, and scenic elements. Help design, build, or install props and visual components used on-site.
