The Digital Content & YouTube Operations Intern will work directly with the founder of One Sweet Mama, a full-time content creator and confectionery scientist, to help build and organize a long-term digital media library.
Projects will include:
• Auditing and organizing an extensive library of existing video content across multiple platforms.
• Uploading and optimizing YouTube videos, including titles, descriptions, playlists, tags, and end screens.
• Organizing the channel into playlists and creating a logical structure for viewers.
• Researching YouTube SEO and identifying opportunities to improve discoverability and viewer engagement.
• Connecting YouTube content with existing recipes, blog posts, and other digital resources.
• Tracking channel performance and identifying trends through YouTube Analytics.
• Researching content ideas and helping develop systems for efficiently repurposing content across platforms.
• Assisting with digital asset organization and workflow improvements to support long-term growth.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions around content strategy, audience growth, and brand partnerships.
•Identifying opportunities to repurpose Shorts into longer-form content (or vice versa) when it makes sense.
•Keeping the channel active without requiring daily involvement from me.
•Review content prior to publication to ensure compliance with brand partnership agreements, sponsorship requirements, and category exclusivity obligations.
