Sales & Business Development Manager – Display Graphics

Position Summary
This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within OEC’s Display Graphics portfolio through strong customer relationships and exceptional service.
Reports to: Segment Leader – Display Graphics
Status: Exempt
Hours: Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (may vary)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new sales opportunities via phone, digital outreach, and in-person visits
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across multiple industries
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report sales activity weekly
- Coordinate products and services across internal teams and vendor partners
- Present OEC products and services to prospective customers
- Attend trade shows and industry events to prospect and network
- Support marketing and social media efforts with the creative team
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of wide-format digital printing, POP displays, trade shows, or large-format graphics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Experience with social media, e-blasts, or e-commerce sales preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Printing or display graphics industry experience preferred
