Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – required
- MBA – Required
- Coachable
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to lead a team-based environment.
- Sales experience – preferred
- Relationship building and networking abilities.
- FINRA Series 6/63, Series 7 – not required
- Financial Industry background – a plus
- CFP designation – a plus
