Assistant Center Directors learn under the direction of the center director all aspects of running a center in order to grow both the staff of instructors as well as the enrollment of students who attend. ACDs are often promoted to Center Directors within our system, but can remain in a support role as well. ACDs give assessments, create educational plans using our proprietary curriculum and oversee client satisfaction both of students and their parents. This job is fast-paced and multi-faceted requiring skills with technology as well as mathematics. Aspiring math educators can learn best-practice methodology as well as add an element of business management to their resume. Aspiring entrepreneurs can learn marketing, sales and business management in the context of a franchise.
