We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Tree & Shrub Team Member to join our horticulture crew. This position focuses on the daily care, health, and appearance of trees and shrubs across our managed properties. Key Responsibilities
• Watering trees, shrubs, and landscape beds to maintain plant health
• Pruning shrubs and small trees for shape, safety, and long‑term vigor
• Monitoring plant material for signs of stress, pests, or disease
• Assisting with basic pest and disease diagnostics (training provided)
• Applying general plant care practices such as mulching, cleanup, and seasonal maintenance
• Reporting plant health concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition
• Supporting other landscape tasks as needed
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
• Basic knowledge of common trees and shrubs
• Familiarity with common landscape pests and diseases
• Comfort using pruning tools and basic landscape equipment
• Interest in horticulture, arboriculture, or plant health care
