The Role
You’ll be a front-line operator on the water. This is hands-on, real-world marina work-handling boats, supporting guests, and keeping the docks running clean, safe, and sharp every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely docking, undocking, and maneuvering boats (experience preferred)
- Assisting guests with boarding, fueling coordination, and dock support
- Maintaining docks, lines, bumpers, and daily readiness standards
- Working closely with rentals, fuel dock, and operations leadership
- Representing the marina with confidence, professionalism, and urgency
What We’re Looking For
- Basic boat handling experience
- Strong situational awareness and safety mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, in a fast-paced environment for an entire shift
- Pride in your work and respect for the water
- Weekends mandatory during Spring & Summer
