In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll oversee all phases of the building process—collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, code-compliant completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, deliverables, and resource needs
- Draft and manage project budgets
- Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Create and manage project schedules and construction timelines
- Coordinate across project teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review plans, scopes, submittals, and drawings for specification compliance
- Oversee contracts and subcontracts
- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure safety and code compliance
- Submit project close-out documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Report project progress, cost status, and milestone updates
- Ensure documentation, permits, and all approvals are maintained
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction, architectural, and engineering principles
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Project Management Software
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, review, and interpret technical construction documents
- OSHA certification required
