Key Responsibilities
- Assist field superintendents and project managers with daily construction activities.
- Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality control checks.
- Help maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and subcontractor logs.
- Support jobsite safety initiatives by observing and reinforcing OSHA guidelines.
- Learn to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and PIP requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support workflow.
- Provide general administrative and field support to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong interest in hospitality construction and renovation.
- Ability to work on-site, including exposure to active construction environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, familiarity with Procore or similar software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
