What you’ll do

Gain an in-depth understanding of the Automotive OEM market landscape in North America and Mexico.

Collaborate with Key Account Management teams to assess current business performance and identify growth opportunities.

Engage with the Strategy & Marketing team to analyze market data, including size, growth, and competitive dynamics.
-
Support the development of a regional strategy to identify and address white spots in OEM coverage.
-
Help steer Sales and Application teams toward profitable business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

Contribute to enhancing the efficiency of sales projects to increase market share and optimize portfolio coverage.
What makes you a good fit

An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, a graduate/master’s student or 2nd year MBA student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, data Analytics or Marketing

Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret and apply market insights

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August. ?

Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled. ?

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
