The Business Development Representative (also called Sales Development Representative) plays a key role in originating net new opportunities and pipeline for Fusion Connect’s sales organization.
The job involves making cold calls to set appointments for our sales team. It is hard work cold calling but there are very good performance-based incentives on top of a good base pay, and we have a development program that allows top performing BDRs to advance into an Account Executive role on our new logo or Existing Accounts sales team.
