Work Arrangement
Embrace a dynamic and flexible hybrid work model! You’ll collaborate in our vibrant Ford Credit Nashville, TN or Colorado Springs, CO office for a minimum of four days per week, ensuring you get the hands-on experience and team connection you need. Your schedule will be structured as a 40-hour work week across five days, offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Responsibilities: What to Expect in Your Fast-Track Journey
This isn’t just a job; it’s a one-year immersive development program designed to fast-track your career in automotive finance. You’ll gain unparalleled exposure, engage directly with senior company leaders, and grow alongside a cohort of other high-achieving new professionals.
The program features two strategic rotations to build a well-rounded foundation:
- Business Center Operations: Dive deep into the automotive finance industry. You’ll master customer service best practices, learn the intricacies of consumer and commercial underwriting, develop sharp financial analysis skills, and understand critical risk mitigation strategies. This is where you’ll build your core industry knowledge from the ground up!
- Sales Operations: Enhance your operational expertise and get hands-on with the core strategies of our successful dealer-facing sales team. You’ll refine your consulting, relationship management, and communication skills, all while strengthening your financial analysis and risk management abilities. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll transition into a full-time position in Business Center Operations in Nashville or Colorado Springs, or in a dynamic dealer-facing business development role in one of our 21 field locations across the U.S., setting you up for continued success. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fields of: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or related fields by August 2027
- You’re open to new adventures and willing to relocate for future opportunities
- Minimum GPA of 3.2

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
