What You Will Do
At our company, your internship is an opportunity to make an impact while developing valuable business and leadership skills. As a Business & Commercial intern , you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to projects that support key business priorities. Through hands-on experiences, you’ll strengthen your professional capabilities while gaining a deeper understanding of ExxonMobil’s business and commercial operations.

Program Details:
- Summer internships: ~3 months
High-performing interns are prioritized for return internships and, upon graduation, full-time roles in our Early Career Foundation program.
Work Locations
As an intern, you’ll be placed at one of our locations across the United States based on business needs and available opportunities.
Our business and commercial employees are predominantly located at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas , where most internship opportunities are based.

Compensation
Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, field of study, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.
Illinois Equal Pay Act
Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annualized salary range for this position is $40,000 – $145,000 ($/year equivalent).
