We are searching for a remote, part-time Researcher with real estate development experience to support the CIO of a real estate investment company specializing in development and operating in multiple US markets.
This position is up to 20 hours per week and solely focused on research and development projects. Some cold calling will be required.
Responsibilities:
Identify projects that are planned or underway in various markets
Review planning department websites for project and status
Provide project updates for competing projects in various markets
Seek out name/owner and contact info of projects in various markets
Cold calling when requested
