This paid internship provides a comprehensive introduction to industrial sales and wholesale distribution, along with the opportunity for a full-time Industrial Sales Trainee position after graduation. Additional opportunities may be available in the distribution and supply field.
Length of Internship 10 Weeks (May-July)

What You’ll Do as an Intern
First 4 Weeks: Get hands-on experience in operations (supply chain management, receiving, order processing, shipping) and complete safety, forklift, and ERP/database training.
Next 5-6 Weeks: Shadow inside and outside sales teams, retail counter reps, and learn sales processes.
Capstone Project: Work on a strategic business initiative and present findings to our Executive Leadership Team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Rising seniors pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any other majors
- Interest in industrial sales and distribution
- Comfortable working in a distribution center environment
- Strong team player with attention to detail and a drive to learn
