About the Role
As DigitalThinker’s Integrations Analyst, you will own the technical layer between our clients’ HxGN EAM and APM platforms and the surrounding systems — ERPs, IoT platforms, data warehouses, and third-party APIs. You will design, build, test, and support integrations that keep data flowing reliably and accurately across the enterprise.
This is a full-time, Greenville SC-based role. You will work directly alongside our implementation consultants and client success team, translating business requirements into durable technical solutions.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement data integrations between HxGN EAM/APM and client systems (ERP, SCADA, IoT, BI tools)
- Write and maintain ETL pipelines, API connectors, and middleware configurations
- Troubleshoot integration failures and data quality issues in production environments
- Document integration architecture, data mappings, and operational runbooks
- Collaborate with project coordinators and consultants to deliver integrations on schedule
- Participate in client discovery sessions to gather technical requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Strong analytical thinking — you spot data problems others miss
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CMMS, EAM, or similar) is a significant plus
- Ability to read and write technical documentation clearly
- A maintenance, operations, or industrial background is highly valued — we will train the right person on the software
