About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong Business Analyst capabilities and hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, Grok, or similar. This hybrid role blends technical development with strategic analysis, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and embraces modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Development & AI Integration (60%)
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE using best practices and modern development tools.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding platforms to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps, Admin Center, Power Automate, and Power BI integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Business Analysis & Strategy (40%)
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create process maps, user stories, and solution documentation.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation using AI and CRM capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Grok, GitHub, Copilot).
- Solid understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with data modeling, reporting, and SQL.
- Knowledge of business process design and digital transformation strategies.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
