Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing the performance of the company’s ERP system.
- Generate and analyze reports, providing insights to improve operations efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with Division/Project Managers to streamline, create, and improve processes.
- Train and support staff on ERP system usage and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with ERP system programmer for troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
