We’re looking for a part- to full-time Creative and Marketing Intern to join our never-boring, team-oriented, and fun work environment. Whether you’re passionate about marketing, corporate communications, design, or all of the above—at CRC, your only limit is yourself.
Our team will enlist your help on day-to-day projects across online/print/social media, communications, awards/rankings, press release writing, events, pitches/presentations, and other promotions. We have the talent and tools to develop your skills AND further your career: from designing animated online ads and social media graphics to writing content for awards submissions and brochures, you’ll broaden your creative portfolio and deepen your understanding of real-world marketing applications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to initiatives across CRC Companies, including a significant focus on marketing for CBG Building Company, our national multifamily builder.
Essential Duties
Wondering what the day-to-day looks like? As a Creative and Marketing Intern, you could be:
- Designing, copywriting, printing, assembling, and packaging brochures, award submissions, pitches, presentations, press releases, advertisements, brand materials, and other marketing collateral;
- Identifying, maintaining, and performing updates across several websites, including creating and interpreting Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush, and other reports to maximize SEO and GEO;
- Drafting posts and developing content strategy for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts to widen reach and drive engagement among key audiences;
- Developing and implementing creative outreach and leasing campaigns, including guerrilla and experiential marketing tactics, influencer partnerships, referral programs, renewal strategies, and online advertising;
- Soliciting, art directing, and managing project photography and associated photo/video shoots;
- Planning and managing groundbreakings, ribbon-cuttings, charity events, community festivals, recruiting presentations, and company-wide meetings;
- Maintaining accurate company statistics and databases of project information, awards, rankings, proposals, photos, quotes, and letters of recommendation; and
- Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, mailing, vendor management, invoice processing, storage management, and other support as needed.

We are if you’re in the process of completing college (or are a recent graduate) with a positive attitude, a demonstrated work ethic, and a passion for learning. We are if you’re open to performing a wide range of marketing and administrative duties; are highly organized and detail-oriented; are comfortable handling multiple high-priority tasks; can interact effectively with high-level/senior leadership; and can write well and present ideas and opinions with clarity and poise.
Though all applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who have a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, are marketing, communications, or graphic/web design majors, have experience designing in Adobe Creative Suite, and have experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Semrush, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, or other digital services. Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and CoPilot, along with an understanding of how to use them responsibly, is valuable. Property management, real estate, construction, architecture, and/or engineering interest is also a plus.
