Responsibilities:
As the Operating Director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
- Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
- In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
