TITLE
Marketing and Operations Intern
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a friendly person with the ability to greet and interact with clients, assist the marketing manager and marketing team, and work with our operations teams to support client needs and services
Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree or certification in Business, Marketing, Administration, or similar field of study.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Greet and check-in clients, notify advisors of appointments, and help ensure client meeting spaces are well prepared.
- Answer and direct phone calls for Common Sense Retirement Planning.
- Assist with prep work for first-time appointments.
- Learn and work in CRM system to keep track of personal tasks, enter any necessary client specific notes and schedule appointments as necessary.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to assist in marketing efforts to prospects and clients. Assist with email, social, and event marketing campaigns and other marketing efforts.
- Assist Advisors and Marketing team with scheduling client and prospect appointments
- Perform and assist with various operational tasks such as processing mail, completing and filing paperwork, and other general administrative tasks.
HOURS & COMPENSATION
8:00am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am-Noon on Friday with one half hour for lunch.
Flexible scheduling during office hours. Availability for up to 15-25 hours per week, potential for more during the summer if there is a business need.
Minimum pay of $12/hour with potential for more based on experience.
