Position Summary:
The Gift and Records Management Associate will join a team of data entry experts in managing a complex donor-driven database. Position duties entail running errands, opening mail, scanning, printing, updating records/database, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
• Gift Management (60%)
o Running daily errands with a full-time staff person.
o Collecting and opening mail.
o Sorting and scanning documents to prepare the team of Gift Management Specialists.
o Administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Gift Management.
• Record Management (40%)
o Assigned data entry tasks completed promptly based upon established workflows, including but not limited to, biographic and academic information for a complex database of alumni, employees, and other constituents of Clemson University.
Eligibility requirements: UPIC interns must be enrolled, matriculating, full-time (12+ credit hours for part time interns) Clemson University undergraduate students in good academic standing and non-academic alert status (minimum cumulative Clemson GPA of 2.0) and in good status with the UPIC program. Once selected, in order to participate in the UPIC Program, student interns must enroll in the required INT course ($200 course fee) and complete hiring paperwork with the UPIC office.
Interns cannot begin working until the hiring process is complete.
