The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.
What You Will Do
● Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager
● Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the
property.
● Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
● Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
● Complete all prospect tours of the community
● Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
● Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events
● Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
● Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
● Curate content for social media and marketing materials
● Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
● Create marketing materials using Canva
● Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round
duties
● Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
● Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
● Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
● Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
● Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standards
