We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Guest Services & Resort Associate. This role goes beyond a traditional front desk position—you will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and seamless. You’ll assist with cabin and RV site operations, guest communication, check-ins, and general resort support.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs

Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

Monitor cabins, RV sites, and resort areas for cleanliness and maintenance needs

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently

Assist with resort events, activities, and daily operations

Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions
