Freight Broker/Inside Sales

We are looking for recent college graduates who are wanting to learn the exciting fast paced world of Supply Chain and Logistics. This job requires a highly motivated individual that is willing to utilize inside sales techniques to develop a book of business. They will be expected to manage accounts and move freight as is expected by their customers. Our brokers operate “cradle to grave,” which means they handle every step of the transaction until it is handed off to accounting. This job pays a base salary with no caps on commissions. This job provides health benefits as well as a 401K with a matching component.
