The BMC Accelerate Sales Internship offers an opportunity for rising sales undergraduate juniors to join the Sales team and work with leaders and team members of several sales groups. The position will run for 9 weeks, the first four of which will be at our Houston headquarters. The final four weeks of the internship allow for the option to work remotely or continue to work in Houston. We ask interns to return to Houston the final three days of the internship for final presentations and internship activities. This internship is only open to juniors currently enrolled in a university or collegiate level sales degree and/or certification program. Sales interns will be assigned with the following objectives:
* Complete Intern Ignite and Enablement
* Complete two group projects alongside other interns and sales leaders
* Present a readout for each project alongside your team of interns
* Participate in the Prospecting Project alongside a Product Account Manager and Business Development Rep. This is a pipeline generation contest where you will work with real accounts and be scored on the activities you generate for each account.
Participate in the AI Role Play competition
* Shadow a Product Account Manager to get a sense of the full-time role
* Participate in Intern events which could include BMC Cares (volunteer) activities, Lunch & Learns with Senior Leaders, Networking Dinners, Social Media Campaigns, Team-Building Activities.
