Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Nursing Informatics Manager:
Assist with converting PDF documents that contain screen shots and images into Word files. These are nursing documentation forms to be used across the BILH system. Procedure is to transcribe these documents into MS Word.
Detailed instruction and guidance will be given.
Revisions and reworking will be necessary of these documents require several rounds of approval.
May involve using email to share documents.
Will be given access to a computer workstation in a private office space in close proximity of supervising manager. Workstation has dual monitors. Wil meet with the supervisor frequently to assess progress, accuracy and provide opportunity to ask questions.
