Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Construction Estimator to join our team and help drive the success of our bidding process. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the bid process, responsible for accurately estimating concrete quantities and assemblies using our current software (Planswift).
Duties
- Prepare detailed and accurate quantity estimates for concrete construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope documents.
- Utilize estimating software (Planswift) to develop comprehensive bid proposals.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to gather pricing, terms, and contracts that align with project goals.
- Assist in reviewing construction contracts to ensure scope clarity, risk mitigation, and compliance with project requirements.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Planswift or Isqft is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs with precision.
