You are the first point of contact for our customers. You should be able to process orders promptly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude. We want to ensure the return of our customers because the success of our business depends on it. You are responsible for educating customers about our organic and locally roasted coffees, teas, juices and smoothies and working with co-workers to ensure the operations of the café are smooth and profitable. Would prefer candidates over 21; be interested in learning how to make espresso and coffee drinks; make and serve craft beer; boutique wine; classic cocktails; greet, seat and serve guests; work at offsite events.
This job has somewhat flexible hours; requires attention to detail; self motivation; and a desire to learn many things and multi task.
