What is the Careers in Energy Student Conference?

• The Student Conference helps us recruit outstanding interns and co-ops who reflect the communities we serve.
• Conference will be held in Richmond, Virginia on September 30th – October 2nd, 2025
• Opportunity to learn what a career in energy would look like and to learn more about Dominion Energy, a Fortune 250 company, at no cost to you.
• Network with top-notch energy professionals with backgrounds in engineering, renewables, nuclear, IT, HR, communications & more.
• Get an early glimpse of the summer 2026 internship opportunities
• Hired interns may apply for a scholarship up to $5,000.

Who Can Apply?

In order to be considered, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements.

• Be a rising college freshman, sophomore, or junior student
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Be working toward a degree in one of the following preferred majors: business, engineering, information technology, liberal arts, math, science, technology, and/or trades. However all majors will be considered.
