Hire A Hero (www.hireahero.org) is the premier online job board and community of choice for those who have served our country and has helped thousands of veterans and their spouses connect to employers who value their service, work ethic and loyalty to our country.
The Military Occupational Classification (MOC) crosswalk has been updated by the Department of Defense (April 2015) and incorporated into O*NET OnLine and My Next Move for Veterans. Over 10,000 MOC occupations are linked to related O*NET-SOC occupations. Transitioning military personnel can use their military code or title to discover related civilian occupations/careers within O*NET Online’s Military Crosswalk Search or My Next Move for Veterans’ Military Transition Search.

My Next Move for Veterans is designed for U.S. veterans who are current job seekers. The interactive tool helps vets learn about their career options.
