Co-op: Eligibility for Participation

Cooperative Education is an academic engaged-learning program designed to enhance what is being learned in the classroom and assist students in gaining real-world work experience. Students interested in participating must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Completion of 27 credit hours prior to the first co-op rotation
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.45
• Enrollment as a full-time student
• Transfer students must complete 12 credit hours at Clemson University prior to beginning an assignment; therefore, transfer students may go through the placement process during their first semester at Clemson
