for Educators Program
We look forward to your participation in UPREP 2009 where you can recruit from approximately 200 education and school counseling majors. Because this event is a partnership among several colleges in the region, UPREP provides a convenient and effective recruiting source.

Registration confirmations will be sent by email when the on-line registration is submitted
Payment Instructions
Registration Fees: $100.00 per district. Fee includes TWO (2) recruiting representatives.
Additional Fees: $25.00 will be charged for each additional recruiting representative
(No more than 8 recruiters per district).

Interview Scheduling
The ClemsonJobLink on-line job-posting system will be used to register for the event. On March 4th, resumes of students who have chosen to submit their resume for you to preview will be available for viewing by logging back into your ClemsonJobLink account. Interview schedules will be filled at the Monday evening networking event. You will receive further instructions about viewing resumes. Districts are welcome to begin scheduling interviews upon receiving a student's resume by contacting students prior to UPREP.
Displays and Shipping
The display must be a table top display and cannot exceed these dimensions: 3 feet wide, 8 feet long and 5 feet tall. Displays that are being shipped can be sent to:

IMPORTANT: Please indicate your organization name on the outside of your package(s) to ensure they arrive to your table.
Displays can be received between 8am and 4:30pm from March 4 through March 13. To find out if your display has been received, you may call or email Leah Hughes at leahh@clemson.edu or 864-656-6000.
Clemson University will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected shipping of displays.
Return Shipping
Please bring a return shipping label to the fair with your shipping account number. School districts need to call their carrier for a pick by 5:00p.m. on Thursday, March 19. The pick-up destination is: Hendrix Student Center, 2nd Floor.
