When you add being in graduate school to your life equation, it isn’t as easy and we might have thought to juggle everything important to us.  Too often we hear and say – I really need to work on my work/life balance.  What does balance really mean?  This workshop will help you reexamine the concept of “work/life balance,” what the research says about how graduate students trying to achieve this balance, and how changing your way of thinking will result in a transferable skill you can use beyond graduate school.
