For-profit companies

Registration costs are $600 per table. Payment is expected prior to the fair. You may bring a maximum of 4 recruiters per table. The cost is $50 per person for additional recruiters.

Any for-profit organization wishing to recruit at BOTH the TechConnect and the Connect2Business events OR on both days of the same event may do so at a reduced rate of $1000 (normally $1200 for separate registrations).

Not-for-profit and government agencies

Registration costs are $200 per table. Payment is expected prior to the fair. You may bring a maximum of 4 recruiters per table. The cost is $50 per person for additional recruiters.

Any non-profit organization wishing to recruit at BOTH the TechConnect and the Connect2Business events OR on both days of the same event may do so at a reduced rate of $300 (normally $400 for separate registrations).

The cost covers the following:

Online registration, one 8ft x 2.5ft table, two chairs, free parking, assistance with displays, plastic table cloth, name tags, bottled water, and lunch for your recruiters.

Submitting payment

You can pay by check, Visa, Mastercard, or America Express. An encrypted and secure online payment form is available on the registration form for you to submit your credit card payment when you register. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone by calling Leah Hughes at 864-656-4189.

Cancellation Policy

You must notify us of your cancellation prior to the close of registration, Wednesday, January 13 2010 . If you have already made payment, a processing fee will be withheld and the balance will be returned to you. The processing fee for for-profit companies is $50 and for not-for-profit companies is $25.

If your cancellation occurs after this deadline, any payments you have made will not be refunded and you will be billed for the balance on your account. You may send cancellation notifications to leahh@clemson.edu or call 864-656-4189.
