For posting jobs, scheduling on-campus interviews, and registering for career fairs in ClemsonJobLink, please go to: http://www.clemson.edu/career. Click on employers and follow the instructions below. If you are new please fill out the necessary information for obtaining a username and password.
Arranging On-Campus Interviews
To schedule on-campus interviews:
- Make requests online through ClemsonJobLink at least 5 weeks prior to interview date(s).
- Be sure all you contact information is uptodate and accurate.
- Have job titles ready when the initial request is made.
- Have available any special instructions for students, such as information sessions.
If choosing a open schedule:
- Make requests online through ClemsonJobLink at least 3 weeks prior to interview date(s).
- Any student that fits the criteria will be allowed to sign up for a time slot until 3 days prior to the interview date.
To schedule an information sessions:
- Contact the Hendrix Student Center by visiting their website at http://union.clemson.edu.
- Once the information session is scheduled, please notify The Career Center so this information can be added to your recruiting information for the students to view.

Preselect deadlines
If Preselects are not made prior to the deadline, your schedule will be converted to an OPEN schedule where any student that fits the criteria may sign up for an interview. Please see the Recruiting Deadlines calendar located on the Career Center website for details.
Print resumes
Companies should print all resumes of students you have selected to interview and bring the resumes with you to campus.
Transcripts
Employers may request students to submit an unofficial transcript by adding this information in the documents requested / required area when completing the “Creating a new schedule request”. For an official transcript please contact or main line at 864.656.6000.
Company literature
Please provide your website on ClemsonJobLink for students to do research on you, as we do not keep marketing materials for them to review.
Interview Rooms
Interviews take place in the Michelin Career Center located on the 3rd floor of the Hendrix Student Center. Hendrix Student Center rooms are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Corporate Partners, if you have an interview room in your name, please try and book your room as early as possible each semester
Parking Passes
The Michelin Career Center will distribute all parking passes to recruiters on their day of interviews. Please allow extra time to receive your pass, and place it in your vehicle on the dash board All Recruiters need to park in the RECRUITERS ONLY parking area in front of the Hendrix Students Center, first row, or in a green (employee) parking space.

Hours of Operation
The Michelin Career Center will be open to recruiters starting at 7:30am for checking in and interviews from 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Changes and Cancellations
For canceling an interview date, notify the career center immediately (864.656.6000). E-mail ALL students already on your schedule, letting them know you are canceling and if you will be rescheduling for another date.
For canceling an information session, notify the Hendrix Student Center Information Desk. If this is not done within 72 hours of your Information Session date, you will be charged for the room. Also, contact the career center in order to remove the information from the system.
If contact information changes, please notify the career center.
Candidate Screening
The Michelin Career Center does not screen candidates on the following items:
- Degree level and degree type (ie: Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate, BA, BS, MS, MA, MBA, PhD)
- Graduation date includes December, May, August of the current academic year.
- Work authorization status: By default, we allow all qualified candidates to apply including international students who would require special work authorization. However, you may change this on your job posting [remembering by law that you must interview US citizens and Legal Permanent Residents (Green Card)].
- Majors: All majors at Clemson University are allowed to submit resumes to job postings and on-campus interviews. It is the employer's responsibility to select interviewees.
